The art of
coaching supervision
Having coached at the highest levels for two decades, I view supervision as an essential component in the coaching relationship and your coaching practice.
I deliver trusted, ethical supervision to help you work through complexity, create clarity & focus for your agenda, maintain the highest possible professional standards and to achieve results. A combination of accredited supervision, coaching expertise, business acumen and intuition is the foundation of my reflective coaching supervision practice. I am an Ashridge Accredited Supervisor, having qualified from Ashridge’s flagship supervision programme.
“I always value my sessions with Tony. He creates an environment where I can fully reflect on my coaching experiences without fear of judgement. I learn something about myself in every conversation we have.”
Relational supervision for executive and leadership coaches
Together, we will develop your capability and provide a supportive context in which to discuss your client work, to build confidence, and help you to navigate ethics and boundaries.
The space we create will be compassionate, curious and positive, empowering you to develop, challenging you on your coaching and collaborating with you to reveal new ways of working.
“You have reinvigorated my coaching practice, pointed me in the right direction where needed and helped me regain my confidence”
